Happy 2008!

long beach aquarium

1st birthday

Can you believe we're 21 days into 2008 already? I am already loving this year; we've had two family outings to the La Brea Tar Pits and one to the Long Beach Aquarium, celebrated two major birthdays, and the office is about 85% complete! Holden turned one on the 5th, and we took him to the aquarium. You can see why we took him there. He was equally in awe of the fluidly swimming seals and the manta rays in the touch pool. We had a huge bash for him at a ribs restaurant, and he digged into his wheat-free chocolate cake with curiosity, but didn't actually eat it. Our little boy is such a veggie-lover!

A few shots from recent orders. It's been cloudy and the sun has been setting earlier than usual, so the shots aren't brushed with enough sun to my liking. The Ice Cream Cone is always popular (who can resist?), but the Jack Russell Puppy is a new one that many overlook. Perfect for the little boys in your life! I love how she chose different colors of envelopes; makes the package look like candy from different angles.

{ A note to the Gundacker family } Thank you for your lovely comment! I'm so glad the girls enjoy their stationery, as I certainly loved creating it for them. I hope the papergoods weave beautiful memories of mother/daughter/sister time in the midst of being kind to others.
